Shocking to me that it’s as hard as it is to find quality rose’ from the very country that made it uber hip in the U.S. decades ago but look no further than this middle weight, jam packed knockout from the southern coast of Italy. Refreshing balance and holding a unique ability to match up to spicier fare, this gaglioppo (try saying it 3 times fast) based chewer as been my rose’ all day for two decades now. Tons of fruit marked by refreshing acid makes this a standout year after year. Try pounding this the next time you chew on The Taco Stand’s carnitas fries! You’re gonna thank me 😉
